We welcome guests with sincerity and respect.
To keep every stay calm and effortless, a few simple principles guide how we host.Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit confirms your stay. The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Bookings made within 30 days require full payment.Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival are refunded in full, less a small admin fee.
Within 60 days, refunds reduce on a sliding scale. Within 14 days, bookings are non-refundable.Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in from 2:00 PM.
Check-out by 11:00 AM.
We’ll do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures where possible.Simplicity & Respect
Cambaya runs on solar power and quiet rhythm. We ask guests to use water and energy mindfully, keep sound low, and treat land and staff with care.

The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.Full payment is required for bookings made within 30 days of arrival.All payments are made in USD via the same method used at booking.Cancellations & Refunds
More than 60 days before arrival – full refund less 5% admin fee.
31–60 days – 50% refund.15–30 days – 25% refund.14 days or less – non-refundable.Refunds are processed to the same payment source within 21 business days.Check-In / Check-Out

Cambaya is private and peaceful. Guests are expected to:
- Use water and energy consciously (off-grid solar system).
- Keep noise low; drones and loud music are not permitted.
- Respect staff, land, and fellow guests.
- Smoke only in designated outdoor areas.
Health & Safety
Cambaya is remote. Guests must disclose any medical conditions before arrival and accept that medical evacuation may be required for emergencies.
The resort is not responsible for accidents, natural events, or third-party services beyond its control.Liability
Guests stay at their own risk. Cambaya Holdings FZ-LLC accepts no liability for loss, damage, or injury arising from weather, travel delays, or personal negligence. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
Force Majeure
In the event of natural disaster, government restriction, or similar event beyond reasonable control, bookings may be re-scheduled without penalty.
Acceptance
All bookings and reservations either paid or unpaid are bound by these terms and by booking accommodation services or experiences with Cambaya Beach Resort or its partners, agree to and are bound by these terms.
Payment of deposit or full booking constitutes acceptance of these terms.
